On Thursday 21st May the first full Parish Council meeting of the newly elected Parish Council since the elections took place. The routine agenda for this inaugural meeting requires the appointment of a new Chairman and Vice-Chairman. Nominations were received for the appointment of Cllr Jean Pitts and Cllr Christopher Kaushal-Bolland to be elected as Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively.

The Returning Officer has announced the uncontested appointment of eight Councillors for Clayton Parish Council. There are a further FIVE seats that can be filled by Co-Option.
