Annual Parish Meeting – Thursday 21st May at 6.15pm

The Annual Parish meeting takes place at Clayton Village Hall at 6.15pm on Thursday 21st May. This meeting is different to that of a regular Parish Council meeting in that its a meeting of the electors of the village. Electors can contribute to the agenda and in practice these meetings often celebrate local activities and debate current issues in the community.

The Annual Parish Meeting will first take place commencing 6:15pm.  This meeting will receive an update from the outgoing Parish Council Chairman, Jean Pitts, on the activities undertaken over the past 12-months.  At 7pm the full Parish Council meeting will commence where Officers will be elected to the new Parish Council.

Everybody is welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing you there.  If you wish to add any information onto the Agenda please contact the Parish Clerk at
